Salad ingredients
2 medium broccoli heads, chopped into bite-size pieces (frozen florets can be used in a pinch)
1/2c carrot sticks
2 honey crisp apples, chopped
1/2c sweet onion, thinly sliced
1/2c toasted nuts, pecans or walnuts
1/2c raisins
Dressing Ingredients
3/4c mayo
1/4c sour cream
2Tbsp lemon juice
1/2Tbsp sugar (substitute with 6 Truvia)
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix chopped broccoli, carrot sticks, chopped apple,sliced onion in a salad bowl. Top with toasted nuts and raisins.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients then add dressing into the salad to taste and toss to combine.
