Using an espresso coffee maker (I use a stove top espresso maker) Follow the directions for your particular coffee maker. Cuban coffee is normally very concentrated and strong so don't be scared to fill up the coffee grounds cup to the top.
For just espresso coffee once brewed pour into a larger container add sugar and whip it up with a whisk to increase the foamy top. serve in small espresso cups.

For Café con leche : Heat up ¾ cup of milk to almost boiling add sugar and ¼ of just brewed Cuban coffee. whisk to create foam topping.
