2lb Beef stew meat (or a roast cut up in 1 inch cubes)
¼ c Flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp Pepper
1½ c Beef Broth
1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
1 clove Garlic, minced
4 carrots, chopped
3 medium potatos, cubed
1 small onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in crockpot and sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over it. Stir to coat meat. Add all other ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
