2 - 3 lbs chicken
1 cup dry sherry
1 ½ cup curry powder
1 medium white onion
½ cup celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 boxes uncle Ben's long grain & wild rice
1 Cup Sour cream
1 can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Cook both boxes of rice according to box directions.
Add celery, onion, sherry, and curry powder to thicken rice.

Boil chicken until tender. cut into bite size pieces.

Add rice mixture, chicken, sour cream, soup, and mushroom to casserole dish.
Cook in oven 350º for 1 hour.
