Ingredients: FIRST LAYER
1 Cup Flour 1 Cup Pecans ½ Cup Butter softened
SECOND LAYER
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened 1 Cup Icing Sugar 1 Cup Whipping cream
THIRD LAYER
One package of Lemon Pie Filling or make the lemon filling for the lemon pie
FORTH LAYER 2 Cups Whipping Cream 3 Tbsp Icing Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:FIRST LAYER
Mix together flour pecans and butter. Press into 9X13 pan and bake at 325 ºF 25 to 30 minutes or until browned. Cool.
SECOND LAYER
Cream cheese and icing sugar using an electric mixer. In a separate bowl, whip whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Spread over cooled base.
THIRD LAYER Lemon filling could use canned or prepare the lemon pie filling in this book.
FORTH LAYER
Beat the whipping cream, icing sugar and vanilla until stiff. Spread over the third layer. Garnish with chopped pecans. |
