3 Cups Chocolate Cookie Crumbs
½ cup butter (Melted)

PEANUT BUTTER MOUSSE

1⅓ Cups Peanut Butter (crunchy or smooth)
½ Pkg 225grams Cream Cheese at room temperature
⅔ Cup Icing Sugar, sifted
1⅓ Cups Whipping Cream
1 Tbsp Vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Stir the cookie crumbs with the melted butter and press into greased mini muffin tins (24). If making the small ones time will be less. Bake for 10 minutes then cool completely before filling.

For the filling, beat the peanut butter with the cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the icing sugar with ⅓ Cup of the whipping cream. Whip the remaining 1 cup of Cream until it holds soft peaks and fold into the peanut butter mixture. Fold in the vanilla.

Spoon or pipe this into the cooled shells and chill until ready to serve. Use a skewer or small knife to loosen and pop out the deserts from the tin.

They are quite rich, I would suggest making the bite sized ones. It is important NOT to remove the shells before filling as they tend to break apart.
