1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns cubed, thawed
1/4 c. margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. onions, finely minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream

Topping:
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and pour into 4-quart casserole. Top with toppings. Bake at 325° for 1-1/2 hours or place in crock pot.
