Ingredients:  
1 can creamed corn
1 can regular corn, drained
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients well. Add the Jiffy corn muffin mix and stir well. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Test. If not runny, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake 15 minutes more.
