Biscuit Dough:
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk

Tuna Mixture:
1 egg slightly beaten
2 (7 oz.) cans drained tuna
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. parsley
1 Tblsp. celery salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cheese Sauce:
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix milk and Bisquick to make a soft puffy, easy to roll dough. Roll into a 15 x 10" shape on floured board.
2. Set aside 2 tsp. egg, mix remaining egg, tuna, onion, cheese, parsley, celery salt, and pepper. Spread on dough. Roll up beginning at wide side. Place on greased baking sheet, seam side down, and shape into ring. Pinch ends together. Cut 2/3 of the way through ring at 1" intervals. Turn each slice on its side. Brush with the served egg.
3. Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Serve hot with hot cheese sauce.

Sauce - In sauce pan, melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in mustard and cheese over low heat until cheese is melted.
