1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tblsp. parsley flakes
1 Tblsp. basil
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 one pound can tomatoes
12 oz. tomato paste
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
10 oz. lasagna noodles
3 c. cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
2 Tblsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown meat and pour off fat. Add next six ingredients. Simmer uncovered about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
2. Cook noodles until tender, drain, and rinse in cold water.
3. Combine cottage cheese with eggs and seasonings. Stir in parmesan cheese.
4. Place half the cooked noodles in a 9 x 13" baking dish; spread half the cottage cheese mixture over; add half the mozzarella cheese; and half the meat sauce. Repeat layers.
5. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting so filling will set.
