2-4 racks baby back ribs
butter
jalapeno peppers
onion
garlic (fresh)
Italian seasoning
thyme
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250-275°. Take heavy duty foil and spray each with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Season each rack with Italian seasoning, thyme, salt, and pepper. Place a rack of ribs on foil. Garnish each rack of ribs with chopped jalapenos, chopped onion, and chopped garlic. Place 4-6 slices of real butter on top of ribs. Wrap each rack of ribs in the foil. Place in oven for four hours and place on large pan because it will leak.
3. Remove from oven and unwrap and place on grill. Brush with barbeque sauce and brown on the grill.
