1 lb. cubed beef stew meat
1 (10.75) oz. can condensed golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tlbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. water
4 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix first five ingredients together. Place in crockpot. Low--8 hours. High--4-5 hours.
2. Mix cream cheese into meat mixture.
3. Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
