1 bag 28 ounce baby red potatoes

1 bag 28 ounce baby Dutch yellow potatoes

1 bag frozen pearl onions, thawed and drained

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary

2 tsp. lemon zest

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 425º degrees.

Line baking sheet (with sides) with aluminum foil.

Scrub potatoes and cut larger ones in half. Place potatoes and onions on baking sheet. Drizzle oil over vegetables. Sprinkle vegetables with remaining ingredients; toss well. Arrange in a single layer.

Roast in oven for 35 to 40 minutes until potatoes are tender. Stir once during cooking timel
