3 cups shelled salted pistachios

2 cups sugar

½ cup light corn syrup

½ cup water

4 tbsp. butter

¼ tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet on low heat, warm pistachios and keep warm.

In a medium saucepan, mix sugar, corn syrup and water. Stir over medium high heat until sugar is dissolved. Insert candy thermometer and continue cooking without stirring until 310 degrees. Remove from heat and stir in butter, baking soda, vanilla and pistachios. When mixture bubbles, remove from heat and pour mixture in a thin layer on a buttered cookie sheet.

Cool complete.

Break into pieces and enjoy!
