(1) box lemon cake mix
(2) cups cool whip - thawed
(1) egg
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease baking sheet or line baking sheet with silicone liner or parchment paper.

Mix all ingredients into a large bowl.

Drop (1) tsp. of batter into powered sugar and place onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes. Remove for oven and cool. Sprinkle cookies with additional powered sugar if desired.

Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies.
