Tblsp olive oil
1 onion (yellow or red)
2 "rows" sausage (or "real" alternative)
2-5 cloves garlic
2 c. chicken broth
1 tomato (or one can)
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream (milk okay too)
8 oz. pasta (prefer penne)
1 c. cheese (cheddar preferred)
garlic salt, thyme, pepper to taste
Optional: mushrooms, green onions, red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in large sauce pan. Add onion, diced garlic, and sausage. Brown.
2. Add also anything in the fridge. (i.e. mushrooms, peppers, chives, etc.)
3. Once sausage is browned, add 2 cups chicken broth, 1 can tomatoes (or one real - diced), heavy whipping cream, and pasta. Bring to a boil.
4. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 15 minutes and add garlic, salt, and thyme.
5. Turn off heat and add cheese.
