1 whole chicken

Brine:
1/2 c. molasses
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. salt
water
1/4 c. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cover chicken in brine and refrigerate 4-12 hours. Remove chicken. Pat dry. Season chicken. Smoke at 220-250º until chicken reaches internal temperature of 160 degree in breast meat.
