4 med. size zucchini
Pizza sauce
1 pkg. mushrooms
Olives
Mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning
1/2 pkg. Italian sausage
Pepperoni
Directions:
Directions:
Slice zucchini in half length wise. Remove pulp with spoon and save. Cook sausage and mushrooms and drain. Set oven to 350º. Coat zucchini insides with olive oil and Italian seasoning and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and place pizza sauce in zucchini followed by toppings. Bake for 15 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
