2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 large yellow onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 c. water
2 (15 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes with chilies
3 Tblsp. soy sauce
2 Tblsp. dried Italian herb seasoning
3 bay leaves
1 Tblsp. seasoned salt to taste
chili powder and crushed peppers to taste
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni (or however much macaroni you want to add)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook and stir ground beef, breaking meat up as it cooks. Skim off excess fat and stir in onions and garlic. Cook and stir meat mixture until the onions are translucent.
2. Stir water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, and seasoned salt into the meat mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 20 minutes.
2. Stir macaroni into the mixture, cover, and simmer over low heat until the pasta is tender (about 25 minutes), stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and remove bay leaves.
