1 cup white sugar
½ cup corn syrup
1 cup salted peanuts
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix syrup and sugar together in 1 ½ quart casserole, microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Stir in 1 cup salted peanuts and microwave on high for another 3-5 minutes (until light brown).
Add 1 tsp butter and 1 tsp vanilla blend well and microwave for another 2 minutes.
Peanuts will be brown and syrup very hot.
Add one tsp baking soda and gently stir until light and foamy.
Pour mixture onto lightly greased cookie sheet or unbuttered nonstick cookie sheet and let cool for about one hour. Break into pieces
