1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Oleo
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons baking soda
1-12oz. bag raw Spanish peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine syrup, sugar, water and salt. Slowly bring to 230º. Add peanuts and continue to cook, stirring until temperature reaches 300º. Remove from heat and stir in Oleo. Then add vanilla and baking soda. Pour into greased cookie sheet. Allow to cool and break apart into smaller pieces. Store in airtight bag or container.
