(1) pound frozen hash browns

¼ cup melted butter

½ tsp. salt

⅛ tsp. pepper

¼ cup chopped onion

(1) can cream of chicken soup

(1) cup sour cream

8 ounces cheddar cheese

(1) cup corn flakes

⅛ cup of butter

Directions:

9 x 13 baking dish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into baking dish. Mix ⅛ melted butter and corn flakes and spread over the top of casserole.

Bake covered for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until corn flakes are golden brown.
