2 cups Chicken cooked and diced
1 tsp garlic
1 10.75ounce can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Mixed together cooked chicken, sour cream and cream of chicken soup
3. Add in Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and garlic
4. In a separate bowl mixed together melted butter, poppy seeds, and crushed Ritz crackers
5. Spray 9×13 pan with non stick cooking spray
6. Spread the chicken mixture evenly on the pan, then cover with Ritz cracker mixture
7. Cover and bake for 15minutes, remove foil and bake an additional 15minutes
8. Serve over rice
