2 tbs oleo
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c milk
1 6 1/2 ounce can tuna
4 oz egg noodles cooked
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles.
Meanwhile, melt oleo, add onion and green pepper and sauté until soft.
Add soup, milk, tuna, salt and pepper.
Mix well and heat thoroughly.
Place in 1½ qt casserole and bake 350º for 20 mins.

Karen's Changes
I add a a couple of fresh chopped mushrooms, some tarragon. I use real tuna and sauté with the veggies. After mixing everything and I've put into casserole,  I top with parmesan cheese and bake for about 1/2 hour, sometimes a little longer. It's delicious even if it is very old fashioned.
