1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
Graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and pour into crust. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Top with whipped cream or cool whip or meringue.
