1 1/2 cups plain flour
1 1/2 cups butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk
Cool Whip
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer:
Melt butter, add flour and nuts. Press in 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Cool completely.
2nd Layer:
Cream cream cheese, add powdered sugar and 1 cup of the Cool Whip. Mix together and spread over first layer.
3rd Layer:
Mix the pudding mix and the milk. Spread over 2nd layer.
4th Layer:
Top with more Cool Whip. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate.
