3 cups sweet potato, mashed (about two large cans of yams)
1 1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1 1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup coconut
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together topping ingredients. This can be done the night before making the dish and put in a bag until you're ready to bake.

2. Mix rest of ingredients. Pour into a greased 9x13 glass dish. Spread topping over the top.

3. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes.

This is a favorite for Thanksgiving with my family. I have halved the sugar in the past and it still tastes yummy!
