1 egg (beaten)
1 C fresh bread crumbs
¼ C fresh parsley (chopped) or 1 Tbs dried
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¾ tsp Old Bay
¼ tsp Cayenne
¼ tsp dry mustard
1 lb crab meat (Claw)
1-2 Tbs butter
1-2 Tbs oil
¼ C Hellman’s mayo

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl combine egg, ¾ cup bread crumbs and seasonings. Add meat. Make into 8 crab cakes. Coat cakes with left over bread crumbs. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, fry in pan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
