16oz Hellman’s mayonnaise
10oz box frozen-chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
¼ C onion (finely minced)
Little less ¼ C dry parsley
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Small, round & regular Pumpernickel bread

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients. Take round bread and cut out the center of the bread, but do not cut down to the bottom. The dip will fill the center of the bread. Cut the extra bread into small pieces.
