1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 squares of unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. dry unsweetened cocoa
3/4 c. granulated sugar
dash of salt
1/2 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate together over low heat (I use a double boiler). Mix together the cocoa, sugar and salt. Add to the chocolate mixture and mix until smooth. Add cream and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove immediately and add vanilla. I always double this recipe. Hope you enjoy!
