2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
1 can cherry pie filling
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 T. milk
2 T. white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles; place on greased baking sheet. Combine the pie filling with almond extract. Place one tablespoon in the center of the bottom half of triangle. Fold the right point of the wide end of triangle over pie filling to left point. Seal bottom seam. Bring top point over the pie filling, to the left point. Seal the left seam (filling will show in the center). Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 16 pastries.
