1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 t. salt
1 small onion diced
1 t. garlic salt
1 T. Italian seasoning
1 1/2 t. dried oregano
1 1/2 t. crushed red pepper flakes (or less if you don't want the heat)
2 dashes hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's) or to taste
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs (such as garlic and herb)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place the meat into a mixing bowl and season with salt, onion, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, oregano, red pepper flakes, hot pepper sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well by hand. Add the milk, parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Mix evenly by hand until well blended. Form into golf ball sized meatballs and place on baking sheet.

Bake 20-25 minutes turning once halfway.

Drain on paper towels.

Mix with your favorite spaghetti sauce. They are best if you put them in the slow cooker on warm all day with your sauce.
