2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. fresh blueberries
1 1/2 tsp. salt

milk mixture:
1 c. milk
1/3 c. veg. oil or melted butter
1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together first 3 ingredients. Fold in blueberries and salt. Set aside.

In a new bowl, combine & mix oil and egg with a fork. Next, make a well in dry ingredients & add milk mixture; stir until just moist. Evenly pour batter into cupcake tins and sprinkle top with sugar. Bake at 400º for 20-22 minutes.
