1/2 C lime juice, about 5 Limes
3 C loosely packed fresh mint leaves
1/2 C sugar
32 oz, light cranberry juice cocktail
2 C light rum
3 C club soda

ice cubes
Frozen cranberries to garnish in bottle of pitcher

Directions:
Directions:
Grate 1 tablespoon of peel and squeeze 1/2 C juice. In blender container, combine peel and juice, mint and sugar. Cover blender and pulse until mint is chopped.

Into large pitcher, pour mint mixture, cranberry juice and rum.

I make the above ahead of time.

Before service add club soda and handful of cranberries.

To serve, add ice to glass and pour into glass.
