2 Chicken Breast (pounded thin about ½")
1 c Pretzels (crushed with rolling pin)
1 egg beaten
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in egg then press into crushed pretzels. Fry in skillet until cooked through. Put on paper towel. Serve immediately.
