Weekly Meal Prep Tips:
• Make a large batch of steel-cut oatmeal and portion it out for
the week. A rice cooker with a porridge setting is an easy way to
cook in bulk without having to stand in front of a stove.
• Hard-boil several eggs at the beginning of the week so they’re
ready to grab when you want them. Hard-boiled eggs last up to
one week when stored in the fridge.
Last-Minute Prep:
• Wash blueberries.
