6 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
½ cup Crisco oil
2 tbsp corn starch
3 tsp baking powder
2 pkg Dr Oetker vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease bottom of spring form pan.
Combine egg yolks, ¾ cup sugar, vanilla sugar and oil in mixing bowl. Beat at high speed with electric mixer until thick. Beat egg whites and remaining sugar until stiff.
In a separate bowl combine flour and baking powder. Then mix dry ingredients with egg yolk mixture. Once thoroughly mixed fold in stiff egg whites. Put into spring form pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely on a cooling rack.
Slice cake horizontally to make 3 layers.
 

Filling

1 pkg Dr Oetker vanilla pudding
1 – 19 oz crushed pineapple, enough to make 2 ½ cups
½ cup sugar
2 cups whipping cream
2 pkg Dr. Oetker vanilla sugar
1 ½ - 2 pkg Dr Oetker Whip-It (cream stabilizer)
5 tbsp icing sugar

Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions using sugar and pineapple juice/quantities in recipe. Cover with plastic wrap, placing it directly on surface of pudding to prevent skin from forming. Cool to room temperature.
Beat cream to soft peaks. Gradually add whip-it, vanilla sugar and icing sugar, beating to stiff peaks.
Fold whipped cream into the pineapple mixture. Set aside ½ cup of the filling.
Spread bottom layer with half of filling. Place cake layer on top then repeat with remainder filling and top off with top cake layer.
Decorate sides and top of cake with remaining whipped cream
