2½ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
½ cup dried blueberries
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Coat cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. In a medium mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In a separate bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter until creamy. Add sugar and brown sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Add blueberries. Gradually add in flour mixture until thoroughly combined.

Drop by rounded teaspoons onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on a baking sheet. While cookies are cooling, sprinkle each with additional sugar. After 5 minutes, remove to wire racks to complete cooling.
