Crust:
½ cup butter
½ cup sugar
5 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1½ cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped walnuts

Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
½ cup soft butter
2 Tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate

Crust:
Place butter, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add egg and mix well. Remove pan from heat and stir in graham cracker crumbs and nuts. Press crust into a 9x12 inch pan and refrigerate until crust is chilled.

Icing:
Combine all icing ingredients, except chocolate, beat well. Spread over cooled crust, refrigerate until chilled. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in saucepan. Drizzle melted chocolate over icing. Refrigerate until chilled. Cut into bars.
