1 bunch, medium-sized fresh asparagus spears, bottoms trimmed (about 16)
8 thin sliced proscuitto slices, cut vertically in half
3 Tbsp olive oil
kosher salt
fresh ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line a jellyroll pan with aluminum foil. Wrap each spear with a thin slice of proscuitto working up toward top diagonally. Lay each slice on prepared baking sheet. When all are laid out, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Bake about 5 minutes, shake to move around and bake about 5 more until asparagus is still tender crisp and proscuitto is cooked.

Can also be drizzled with a little balsamic before baking and/or shredded parmesan.
