1 box lemon cake mix
1 stick melted margarine, melted
3 eggs
8 ounces cream cheese
1 pound powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together: cake mix, margarine, and 1 egg. Pat into 9x13 pan.

Beat together cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar. Pour on top of 1st mixture. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes or until set and shiny brown on top.

I was looking through an old cookbook at my daughter's house and saw this recipe. I love lemon chess pie, so I thought I would try this cake. It is delicious and super easy to make.
