1 large head of cabbage
1 red onion
1 green pepper
1/2 stalk celery
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 Tablespoon salt
1 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cabbage and onion, bell pepper and celery. Alternate layers. Pour 1 cup of sugar over the cabbage mixture. Bring to boil the following: 3/4 cup oil, 1 T salt, 1 cup vinegar, 1 t celery seed, 1 t mustard seed.
Pour slowly over cabbage mixture. DO NOT STIR. Refrigerate 4 hours. Stir well before serving.
