1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 same can size of regular or evaporated milk
3 eggs
⅓ tsp (dash) salt
1 tsp vanilla
Walnut size of cheese (about 2/10 of a pound): Monterrey jack, mozzarella or cream cheese
1 cup sugar
¼ cup water, boiling

Directions:
In a blender, mix sweetened condensed milk, regular or evaporated milk, eggs, salt, vanilla, and walnut size of cheese.

In a pan, melt sugar on high heat until it is caramel colored and liquid. Add boiling water all at once. It really spits! Mix well. Pour the syrup into a flan or jello mold and tip to cover the bottom. Pour the flan mixture on top. Bake at 350º in a pan of hot water, until a knife comes out clean (start checking at about 20 minutes).
