1 c. dry oatmeal
⅔ c. shredded coconut (preferably unsweetened)
½ c. chunky peanut butter
½ c. ground flaxseed or wheat germ
½ c. mini chocolate chips
⅓ c. honey
1 T chia seeds (opt)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
3. Use a small cookie scoop to make balls (or roll into 1" balls)
4. Store in the fridge
5. Enjoy!
