2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 teas. fresh orange zest
2 teas. minced garlic
1 cup basmati rice
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 teas. salt
1l4 teas. ground black pepper
Fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add onion, orange zest, and garlic.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add rice.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add orange juice, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
Reduce heat to medium low.
Cover and cook until all liquid is absorbed, 20 to 25 minutes.
Fluff rice with a fork before serving.
Top with additional orange zest and basil
