½ pound marshmallows
½ cup milk
½ pint chilled whipping cream
12 chocolate cookies, crushed
¼ tsp mint extract
Green food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies; set aside. Melt marshmallows in double boiler, add milk and cool. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold together whipped cream and marshmallow mixture. Add extract and food color, gently mix. Line pan with cookie crumbs, reserving some for the top. Press crumbs down to level. Pour in green mixture. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Chill and serve.
