3 - 4 large potatoes, whole
1 1/2 c Monterrey Jack cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz sour cream
chopped onion (to your taste)
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until slightly done, remove skin and slice.
Place in 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix sour cream, soup, cheese and onion.
Spread over potatoes. Melt butter and pour over mixture.
Cook at 350º for 45 minutes, until brown on the top.
