1 Loaf of Bread
3 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Milk
½ tsp. Cinnamon
½ Vanilla Extract
Butter or Spray to coat pan

Your Choice of Filling:
Cream Cheese
Strawberries
Blueberries
Peanut Butter
Banana
Cinnamon Roll Butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Roll 1 piece of bread with rolling pin to flatten. Cut off crust
2. On ¼ piece of the bread, spread your favorite filling.
Examples: Cream Cheese and Strawberries or Blueberries, Peanut Butter and Banana, Cinnamon Roll- 3 Tbsp. butter, 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar, 2 Tbsp. cinnamon, stir. Cooked sausage link
3. Tightly roll up bread. (Start with filling side).
4. Make egg wash. Beat eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
5. Dip rolled up bread into batter and cover entirely.
6. Coat frying pan with spray or butter and fry each side until done. Serve with syrup or drizzle a glaze or chocolate over them.
