½ cup softened butter
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar - packed down in cup
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla
1¼ cup all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and peanut butter together for 1 minute.
Add white sugar, brown sugar, baking soda and baking powder.
Beat in egg and vanilla until combined. Beat/stir in flour.
If necessary, chill dough prior to forming balls.

Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten balls by a making criss-cross mark on their top with a fork.

Bake 375º for 7-9 minutes or until bottoms are light brown.
Cool and serve.
