½ cup margarine, softened
1 cup flour
1 cup nuts, finely chopped
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (12 oz) Cool Whip, divided
1 large pkg chocolate instant pudding
1 (3.4 oz) box vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, flour, and nuts; press in bottom of 13X9-inch pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes; cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of Cool Whip together. Pour onto crust. Mix puddings and milk together and pour over cream cheese layer. Cover with remaining Cool Whip; sprinkle top with finely chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
